Android: Set app permissions based on selected modules

      Some modules depend on certain permissions for their core functionality. Currently app developers must add these permissions manually. One example is that a multimedia app needs the Camera permission.

      We should instead add these permissions by default when the corresponding module is selected, and instead let the developer remove unnecessary permissions manually.
