Android: No dialogs showing in standarddialogs example

    Description

      1. Run the examples/widgets/dialogs/standarddialogs example
      2. Try clicking getInt()
      3. The main window will no longer accept input, but the dialog is not showing.
      4. Clicking the system back-button will successfully close the dialog and return to the main event loop.
