[autotest]tst_qftp tends to fail on windows and osx

    Description

      tst_qftp seems to be flaky: It has failed almost 100 times during October (but passed after re-run). This needs to be fixed to get CI more stable. See http://qt-project.org/wiki/CI_Failing_Tests for more details
