Menu not triggered properly on mouse click when using Base style

Using the gallery example with Base style.

• right click in the text area
• click a menu item on the label
  => The menu is not triggered/dismissed
• click a menu item on the left edge, it gets triggered as expected

(same for menu for the Button2 with menu)

The label areas inside a menu don't get the mouse click/hover events.
