      Description

On linux (at least Ubuntu 13.04), when capslock key is pressed on a french keyboard, typing on the "é (2)" key should insert a "É", typing on the "ù (%)" key should insert a "Ù".

But in Qt app compile with Qt 5.1.1, it is only the lowercase letter that are inserted instead of the uppercase accented letter.
