Flickable momentum not correct on Android

    Description

      On Android, when flicking a list with lots of content, the speed at which the flickable scrolls should be proportional to the speed the finger travels across the screen. This does not currently appear to be the case. The speed of the flickable seems to decrease dramatically when the finger is released regardless of the "flick" speed.
