EglFs - When the window holding the NativeWindow is removed any remaining windows won't have a surface.

      On Android we used to store the surface and share it between the windows, when the last window was released it would release the surface. Now only a specific window holds the surface and releases it when it's destroyed, leaving any remaining window without a surface.
