Qt5.2.0 Mac installer: qml2puppet not found

      Download the latest Qt5.2.0 offline Mac installer (tested with build number 133). Install the binaries.
      Bug:
      Not found: /Users/qt/tmp/qt5/5.2.0-beta1/clang_64/bin/qml2puppet

      Note: error reproduced also with Mac Android installer (opensource build number 133).
