Qt for Android doesn't have QtPrintSupport

    Description

      Currently, Qt on Android has QtPrintSupport disabled. While versions of Android prior to 4.4 (KitKat) don't have print support, it would still be nice to have QtPrintSupport enabled, so programs can make use of QPrintPreviewWidget, QPrinter to write to PDF, etc. It would also be great for Android 4.4 and above to have proper print support and also to eventually support the entire following specification on all platforms:
