F9 shortcut isn't displayed on Mac menu

When an action has a shortcut of F9, an 8 appears on the menu. This is because of a typo in qt_cocoa_helpers_mac.mm Lines 611 & 612 read:

{ NSF8FunctionKey, Qt::Key_F8 }

,

{ NSF9FunctionKey, Qt::Key_F8 }

,
They should be

{ NSF8FunctionKey, Qt::Key_F8 }

,

{ NSF9FunctionKey, Qt::Key_F9 }

,

This is fixed in the qt_cocoa_helpers_mac.mm file in qt5
