Qmake generates mkdir command with forward slashes in Windows shell

    Description

      Qmake will sometimes (when building modules for instance) generate mkdir commands in the install_target step that contains Qt's install prefix, thus has forward slashes. This is a syntax error in a Windows shell and will fail.
