Text layout changes cause animations to not run at intended duration

1. Create QtQuick Text element with lengthy (1200+ characters) indic script (hindi) string and wrapping enabled.
2. Define an explicit width for the Text element for text to wrap.
3. Animate width for an explicit duration, say 2 seconds, to force layout to change.

Observations:

Observed animation appears to span over significantly longer time than defined duration.
