QLineEdit and QTextEdit does not respect Arabic numerals when Digit substitution is set to National - Windows

      QLineEdit and QTextEdit should display Arabic numerals instead of Latin numerals when Digit substitution is set to National under "Customize Regional Options" on Windows.
