Error: Operation Settings does not exist

      1. Start the Qt Installer for Mac.
        I used qt-mac-opensource-5.2.0-rc1-ios-x86_64-offline_2013-11-21_09-22-50-163.dmg
      2. Proceed to the "Select Components" page.
      3. Check all items.
      4. Proceed until installing actually starts.
        Right at the beginning you'll see a critical error message: "Error: Operation Settings does not exist". If you ignore this, installation seems to succeed.

      If this error message indicates an actual problem, it should tell the user how to fix it. If the problem is inside the installer itself, we should fix it. If it does not indicate a real problem, it should not be shown at all.
