QTimeZonePrivate::isValidId() fails on valid timezone ids

      Description

      Code for QTimeZone::availableTimeZoneIds().contains(validTzString) returns true while at the same time code for QTimeZone::isTimeZoneIdAvailable(validTzString) returns false.

      The bug is in parsing inside QTimeZonePrivate::isValidId().
