Regression: Widgetbox only scrolls a few pixels per wheel event

    Description

      Try scrolling in the left column of Qt Designer using the mouse wheel. It will move very slowly.

      We had a similar issue in Qt Creator: QTCREATORBUG-10508

      This is a regression, in Qt 5.1.1 it worked well.
