ApplicationWindow titlebar is not visible on Windows

      When launching qt quick controls applications using ApplicationWindow on Windows, there is no visible titlebar. This makes menus inaccessible and the windows not moveable.

      This is a regression following 29d1b0d209ebb267c5a6ac8402c33892c09b8de6 fixing another P1 issue (QTBUG-33607), but reverting seems better until we can find a new fix for it.
