Mouse input gets ignored after closing a popup by clicking outside of the client area

      On Linux systems, the first mouse click gets ignored after closing a popup (menu, dropdown, etc) by clicking outside of the client area (eg on the window decoration). When in this ignoring state mouse hovering is also ignored. After one mouse click has been ignored the mouse input behaves normal again.
