Linguist deletes empty plural forms from .ts files.

When opening and saving unedited (or partly edited) .ts files, Linguist deletes all empty <numerusform></numerusform> tags but one for messages with plural forms.

This is not a problem when the .ts files are (re)opened in Linguist as Linguist has "language awareness" and displays the correct number of expected plural forms for selected Target language.
But if the .ts files are to be translated by using another tool without "language awareness" (or when editing the .ts file manually) this deletion of XML tags may be a problem for the translators.
