onFlickEnded isn't triggered when a flick stops actually

      Sometimes but frequently, when a Flickable-based element, such as ListView or even Flickable, stops flick, the signal onFlickEnded isn't triggered. But there is a onFlickStarted, so the element hangs.
      The onMovementEnded signal has the same issue.
      It may be easier to reproduce this issue if you have a large ListView.
      It seems that only iOS device (iPod Touch4) or android device (Nexus S) has this issue, the simulator environment and the desktop environment seems ok.
