iOS: handleOpenURL missing from qiosapplicationdelegate.mm

      According Dropbox documentation "application:handleOpenURL" should be implemented for completing the authentication flow.

      In qiosapplicationdelegate.mm we have didFinishLaunchingWithOptions implemented but not handleOpenUrl.
