Rendering qwebframe containing flash to image crashes application

Taking a screenshot of a webpage containing flash using CutyCapt (http://sourceforge.net/p/cutycapt/code/HEAD/tree/CutyCapt/) worked when compiled with Qt version 4.8.4. Note that CutyCapt is headless.

However in the new version of QT it just crashes (with a access violation) at this point:

mainFrame->render(&painter);

This error occurs on any website using flash: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96gLbxMO93s

This requires a delay to be specified to allow the flash to load, running it with no delay can sometimes avoid the issue.
