Xcode generator may wrongly put QMAKE_BUNDLE_DATA in Resources subdir

    Description

      QMAKE_BUNDLE_DATA is supposed to place the files relative to the root of the bundle, but the Xcode generator in some cases will use the PBXResourcesBuildPhase phase, which puts them in Content/Resources instead.
