The uri parameter passed to plugins in initializeEngine contains garbage on Windows

      This was uncovered by an assert in QtWebKit that was there even though the parameter was unused. It does not cause any obvious trouble, but in Linux, the parameter contains the correct uri, so it might point to some underlying problem on Windows.
