new network test server: Fix Socks5 over UDP tests

    Description

      The Socks5 over UDP tests are failing when running with a newer version of the Socks5 proxy (old server: dante v1.1.14, new server: dante v1.3.2).

      We should fix the Socks5 socket engine, or temporarily disable them for the new test server and fix it afterwards.
