QtQuickControl MenuBar is not visible

      The problem is happened on v5.2 Final Candidate

      Step

      1. open QtCreator
      2. create a new project with QtQuickApplication and QtQuickControls 1.0
      3. build and run

      Expected

      The File menu and Exit submenu should be shown.

      Actual

      The menu is not shown anywhere as the screen shot below.
