Print layout regression in Windows

There seems to be a layout issue when printing to a physical printer device on windows. (Printing to pdf is not affected)

The attached document shows the scanned output of printing from the richtext/QTextEdit example on a HP Color Laserjet CM6040 with Qt 4.8 (untitled 4) vs Qt 5.1.1. (untitled 5)

As you can see, there are some notable differences in the rendered output. In particular note the third paragraph on the right below the word "multicolored". This does look like a regression. It does not affect printing to PDF however.

I happened to notice this while writing up the task description of QTBUG-35500. Needless to say this will also affect 5.2.0, but will not reproduce there without first applying the fix attached to that task.
