Qt5 on X11 sets _NET_WM_NAME etc on all windows instead of only its own toplevels

    Description

      Run a qt5 program and you will see the _NET_WM_NAME property being set on the root window as well as all subwindows of the program (xwininfo -tree on the window).

      These property should only be set on toplevels and at least not on the root window.....
