Last row in a TableView cannot be selected using the Down key

The last row in a TableView cannot be selected using the Down arrow key.

If you run the attached test.qml file in qmlscene, you can verify this in the following way: press the Tab key to focus on the TableView or click on the first row of the TableView, then by repeatedly pressing the Down key you see that the selection doesn't move over the last row.

I didn't encounter this bug with Qt 5.1.1.
