Qmake generates incorrect vcxproj files with Visual studio 2010

    Description

      On a windows 7 system, installed compilers:
      VS2010
      VS2012.

      Download QT 5.2.0 for Windows 32-bit (VS2010, OPenGL)

      Install...

      run qmake via commandline in a 32bit visual studio 2010 commandline shell:
      qmake -tp vc -r

      The output incorrectly inserts a debug option of 'None' into the release side builds, which is invalid.

      Debug works fine.
