QDataWidgetMapper: When the model is a QSqlRelationalTableModel then it should refer to the relations and not the base table

      QDataWidgetMapper: When the model is a QSqlRelationalTableModel then it should refer to the relations and not the base table if there is a relationship set up for that column. Otherwise a combobox for instance shows the id value even if the drop down shows the actual values.
