msbuild: cannot build release mode with vs2010

    Description

      this worked with 5.1.1, for some reason the vcxproj file now contains the line "<DebugInformationFormat>None</DebugInformationFormat>" which will make msbuild fail.

      I think this may be due to a bug fix QTBUG-30822 ?
