Underlining for keyboard navigation keys is not always properly removed when the Escape key is hit

In a QMainWindow's menubar, the underlining for keyboard navigation keys is not always properly removed when the user hits the Escape key. Hitting the Alt key, however, works as expected and removes the underlining.

Observed under Windows when the "Hide underline letters for keyboard navigation until I press the Alt key" feature is enabled.
