QML BorderImage.Round tile mode has strange fading behavior.

When stretching a border image using the tile mode BorderImage.Round, portions of the border are unexpectedly used in the tiled area.

Steps:
Launch the application attached application. QtBorderImageRoundTest.
Resize the window up and down vertically

Result:
The pillar on the left has faint red lines between the tiled sections that appear and disappear. Please see BorderImage_error.png

Expected:
The pillar on the left would not have faint red lines between the tiled sections.
