Can't install additional components using offline installer

      Qt 5.2.0 MinGW 4.8 x86 Offline

    Description

      It is not possible to install additional components for Qt 5.2.0 using any of the following:

      • Running original installer shows the error: "The folder you selected already exists and contains an installation. Choose a different target for installation."
      • Running MaintenanceTool.exe, selecting Package manager and clicking Next shows the error: "At least one valid and enabled repository required for this action to succeed."

      Ideally it should be possible to add additional components without having to reinstall Qt 5.2.0.
