Windows: Pressing ctrl+alt+num 7,8 several times causes crash

    Description

      How to reproduce
      1. Launch simple Qt application (I'm using windowflags from examples)
      2. Press Ctrl+Alt + Num 7 (or 1-9) several times.
      3. Sometimes these actions causes crash

      I found similar bug reported for Qt 5.2.0 https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-35532

      Attached patch fixes this problem. Please, apply it if possible.
