Using setUnifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac in a QMainWindow with a QToolBar makes the application unusable

      Enabling setUnifiedTitleAndToolBarOnMac makes the left toolbar unusable. Run the example in a Mac (10.8 or 10.9) using Qt 4.8.5. The buttons in the left toolbar cannot be selected while the toolbar is attached.

      This is the second time that I report the bug, the first time (QTBUG-30502) was solved removing a parent. This time that solution doesn't works.
