Regression: Renaming locals in Qt Creator broken

    Description

      When renaming (ctrl+shift+r) a local variable in C++ code in Qt Creator, and typing the new text, references are not changed along

      Happens when compiling Qt Creator 3.0 against qt/stable / 5.2.1-pre, works as expected with 5.2.0 release
