Android: Really suspend apps that are put in the background

    Description

      Currently, Qt apps will continue to use resources and spin the event loop after receiving the suspended signal. It's up to the app developer to avoid unnecessary work when the app is suspended.

      It might be useful to shut down the event loop unless the app has indicated that it needs to run in the background.
