QNetworkConfigurationManagerPrivate poll network configuration which wakes my Qt app that doesn't even user network

      QNetworkConfigurationManagerPrivate should use NetworkManager or other
      infrastructure to get information instead of polling for this
      information.

      This wastes batteries as all Qt apps have to be waken up every 10 seconds
      to get information they aren't interested in.
