Dotted Circle does not appear in Indic Script for separate/independent vowels.

      For Indic languages dotted circle appears in application when build with Qt 5.0 (uses icudt49.dll)
      However it does not appear when build with Qt 5.1 (uses icudt51.dll).
      Tested with latest 5.2.1,still doesn't work.
