xcb plugin doesn't build on Ubuntu 10 (without XInput 2.2)

    Description

      qxcbconnection_xi2.cpp: In member function ‘void QXcbConnection::xi2ReportTabletEvent(const QXcbConnection::TabletData&, void*)’:
      qxcbconnection_xi2.cpp:574: error: ‘fixed1616ToReal’ was not declared in this scope

      So this is the case when QT_NO_TABLETEVENT is not defined (tablet events are supported) and XCB_USE_XINPUT22 is not defined (XInput is a lower version, like 2.1).
