Regression in qtdeclarative creates garbled text in qtcreator's qml profiler

Since https://codereview.qt-project.org/#change,73841 (I've bisected it) you get garbled text like in the screenshot by first clicking on one of the events in the profiler, then clicking on an empty space then hovering over an event.

You can also get the labels on the left to get messed up by opening and closing them in some order I haven't identified, yet.
