Сrashes in QAccessible::uniqueId on Mac 10.9

    Description

      URGENT. We have a lot of crash reports from different users running our app with Qt 5.2. Please see 2 crash reports attached. Short call stacks examples are also attached as pictures.

      I do not experience crashes, but only have 2 macs to test. It probably depends on some accesibility settings. The number of crash reports is huge. So attaching the crashing app sample so one might be able to reproduce it ("Program runs fine after start, but when I try to look at the preferences or About menu, the app crashes")

      PS. libqtaccessiblewidgets.dylib is not included in the app bundle.
