Detect if the Visual Studio version installed would be compatible with the one selected to be installed from the installer package

      Detect if the Visual Studio version installed would be compatible with the one selected to be installed from the installer package. So if the user has only VS 2010 (no service pack) installed then it could warn that the binary will be incompatible with the version of Qt which is built with SP 1 and suggest upgrading.
