add api to make QTranslator file resolution visible to the outside

      I put a post on the forum about this, I try to recover the file name used by the load function when it perform a fallback on a different .qm file to attach a QFileSystemWatcher and automaticaly reload the QTranslator.

      I would suggest adding an extra parameter to the function call (A QString) that will give back the selected file used by load.
