Start installation of packages once the first download is finished

    Description

      To reduce the time of installation of new version it would be nice if downloading and installation can be done at the same time.

      My issue is we have not necessary an high speed connection and SDD hard drive, so download of a new version can take 20min and almost the same time for the installation.

      PS: I have to get android, VS2010, and mingw version at least.
