When using a QtQuick TextEdit with custom QSyntaxHighlighter, the syntax is only highlighted on the currently edited block - if the current text line changes the highlighting state of the subsequent blocks, the text format changes are ignored until those lines are invalidated by either editing them or resizing the element.
