Date time tests fail on Mac

      tst_QJSEngine::dateRoundtripQtJSQt
      tst_QDateTime::timeZoneAbbreviation

      Both tests fail with a difference of 1 hour, possibly related to DST.

      Discovered on Jens' mac book.

      The same issue has been observed by Gabriel on FreeBSD.
