QApplication::keyboardModifiers seems to be inverted

      Attached sample code is supposed to print out the state of the shiftmodifier key. It is unfortunately flipped so that it reports 'false' when shift is clicked, and 'true' when shift is lifted.

      It did work in 4.8.x.
